Refund

Once you purchase event tickets on BuyTix.ca you will receive them by mail if you chose Mail option during payment, otherwise tickets are available at event venue 1 hour prior to event's start.

All sales are final, no exchanges or refunds unless the show is cancelled. If a show is cancelled you will be refunded the price of your purchase, minus the shipping fee (if applies) and event cancellation fee of $1 per ticket. You will be notified and refunded shall event be cancelled.
