В городе зверей всё шло своим чередом. В часах на главной площади исправно работала Кукушка, Солнышко вставало и садилось, Заяц разносил почту, а Лев царствовал. Пока однажды не решили Волк с Совой избавиться от солнышка и в ночной темноте стать хозяевами города.
Что получится, если вместо Кукушки часами попробует управлять Кошка? Как прекратить бесконечную ночь и вернуть Солнышко?
